Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators and other machinery for drainage, backfilling, and trenching tasks.
Safely work around underground services using trench shields and follow all safety protocols.
Collaborate with spotters and follow their instructions to ensure precise and safe operations.
Independently manage tasks, demonstrating the ability to work alone when needed.
Maintain equipment and ensure it operates efficiently on-site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a machine/excavator operator in drainage and trenching projects.
Familiarity with using trench shields and working around services.
Ability to follow spotter instructions and work autonomously when required.
