As a Civils Foreman, you will lead our dynamic teams in executing various civil projects. You will be pivotal in ensuring project goals are met with precision, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate daily tasks and resources and maintain clear communication with project managers, supervisors and team members. Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to regulations. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Who We Are Looking For:

Practical experience and proven leadership skills in civil construction. Adept problem-solver with a can-do attitude and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with others. Strong commitment to health and safety practices. Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant industry qualifications with foreman experience. Full NZ Drivers Licence (WTR endorsed is preferred). Site Safe Passport is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience in managing teams and projects. Why Join Taggart?
