What You’ll Do: Service, repair, and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools, you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, without supervision in a remote setting. Plan routes, prepare parts, load vehicle, and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time, inspecting our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery. Collaborate: Work across teams (local and regional) to share support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience. Develop: Our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electric Vehicles. Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer interactions, performing basic repairs and educating customers on technical information and general usage of the vehicle. What You’ll Bring: Technically experienced: Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries. A good communicator: Proficient in spoken and written English. Safe to drive: Hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars) for a minimum of two years. Flexible: Willing to work shifts, including weekends, and travel to various sites when needed. Eligible: Must be able to live and work in the UK or Ireland. Apply today.
