CNC Machinist - Programmer, Setter, Operator
Contek are currently recruiting for a CNC Machinist with experience in either Milling or Turning to join an established company in Aberdeen
This role is a full-time, permanent position within a company that have been in business for decades offering a secure and varied role for the successful candidate. You will be primarily working creating components for a variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Subsea, Food manufacturing and Hydraulics for example. Responsibilities: Programming, or Setting and Operating Fanuc/Siemens based machine tools either Milling or Turning. Work to drawings to accurately produce components to client specs. Inspection of components throughout the manufacturing process. Work within a team or individually where required. Organise your workload while working methodically throughout. Experience required: Proven experience as a machinist working on Lathes and Mills Ideally apprenticeship served or with a solid engineering foundation. Use of either Fanuc or Siemens. Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 Friday 07:30 - 15:30 Overtime is available in this position at 1.3x your hourly rate.
