Another real benefit of working for a forward-thinking and technologically advanced company like ours is the investment we make in our staff. When it comes to technicians, this investment is substantial. You will benefit from a company that knows the real value of training and not at the “minimum” level which so many others will do. We will support you to be the best you can be through our extensive training programmes with dedicated pathways which enable your goals and ours to be reached. At present, we have a particular emphasis on electric vehicle training as we see the industry transitioning across both in car and CV, with Ford set to continue as market leaders.

Furthermore, our investment in facilities and equipment is top level. Our workshops are undergoing a transformation with many now completed, and we also know the value of ultrafast connectivity and internet, so that’s already in place, and we have state-of-the-art laptops (which our apprentices are also issued).

All these investments and commitments are aimed at setting us apart from the competition, making the whole team as efficient as possible and enabling you to do what you really love, to be able to “crack on” and get the job done!

As a flexible, inclusive employer, we can tailor the position to suit a range of flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours per day and days per week. If you are the right candidate for the role, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
