Join our team as a Billing Migration Testing and QA Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in the successful migration of billing processes within the energy supply industry. Working closely with the Billing Migration Project Team and Test Analysts, you'll ensure that both pre and post-migration testing is conducted thoroughly, delivering high-quality and error-free billing solutions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in testing, quality assurance, and billing systems to drive continuous improvement. What skills/experience do I need to be successful? Proven experience in testing and quality assurance within the energy supply industry, particularly in billing systems; Strong understanding of billing processes and platforms; Proficiency in test case development, execution, and defect management; Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electricity billing; Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. How will I spend my time in this role? Testing Coordination: Collaborate with the Billing Migration Project Team to define testing requirements and strategies. Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and migration objectives. Coordinate and execute functional, integration, and regression testing prior to billing platform migration. Identify and document any discrepancies, errors, or issues discovered during testing. Post-Migration Testing: Execute post-migration tests to verify data integrity and billing accuracy on the Honeycomb platform. Ensure that customer billing data has transferred correctly and that all billing processes function as expected on the new platform. Liaise with Test Analysts to review test outcomes and ensure all critical issues are resolved promptly. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure consistent and thorough quality checks throughout the migration process. Perform ongoing QA checks during the migration to identify potential risks or issues. Review and approve testing results, ensuring they meet the business's quality standards before moving forward with the migration. Issue Resolution: Track, document, and manage any defects or issues identified during the testing and QA processes. Work with relevant teams to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the migration process. Provide recommendations for improvements in testing and QA processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Communication and Reporting: Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Billing Migration Project Team, Test Analysts, and the Onboarding and In-Life Manager. Provide regular updates on testing and QA progress, including risks, issues, and resolutions. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on migration timelines and deliverables. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing testing results, QA findings, and overall migration status. Present findings to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for future migrations. What sets us apart? Global Impact:
