What you would do as our Service Engineer We want someone who can be part of our Service Engineer Community. The ideal candidate will represent our brand and the customer-centric approach we have with servicing our customer base. You would also: Fulfil our customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner. Complete work assigned by our planning department. Provide advice & guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades. Complete PPM visits at customer sites. Travel to various customer locations within your region. Work within our “Safety First” culture. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who: Demonstrates a positive and decisive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys interacting with our customers and providing first-class service. Is a team player who takes a collaborative approach with leaders and colleagues. Has an engineering background sufficient to deal with the technical aspects of servicing and maintaining industrial doors.
