We are looking for an engaging and proactive person for managing the procurement of core business components relevant to EthosEnergy Light Turbines. This position ensures the guarantee of the highest quality at the best cost and the on-time delivery as well as scouting alternative suppliers over the world.

This position is a 6 month fixed term contract. Job Responsibilities

Receive the request for purchasing from the internal departments and reach the right suppliers for providing the required components or services. Approach the suppliers forwarding clearly the required SoW and negotiate: - the offered price - the delivery date - the delivery terms - the payment terms - the T&C. Write and upload the POs into ERP system and distribute to the supplier. Establish and maintain relationships with the key suppliers. Possibly travel to and meet the suppliers in person (less than 10% travel availability). Expedite suppliers when needed. Evaluate the performances of the managed suppliers. Facilitate the suppliers relationship when they have to deal with other Ethos departments. Maintain purchasing related information updated in ERP (Supplier references, lead times). Required Skills / Knowledge

Nimble - Engaging - Relentless - Inclusive. Able to maintain relationships with all the stakeholders. Knowledge of the International trading rules (Incoterms) - advantageous. Able to read technical drawings (preferable but not essential). Knowledge of the base material market trend (preferable but not essential). Able to work under pressure. Knowledge of ERP IFLIGHT package (preferable but not essential). PC Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point). Experience

Previous experience in purchasing (Aeronautical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation sector are preferred). Education Requirements

Commercial training/apprenticeship with technical background as minimum. Physical Requirements
