What you will do: Provide comprehensive assessment and management of communication and swallowing needs in adults within the intensive therapy unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care on acute wards. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to patient-specific needs in the ITU. Maintain and manage accurate patient records and documentation. Requirements: HCPC registration required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in adult intensive therapy units or acute settings.
