This dynamic practice's portfolio boasts projects in retail and commercial sectors, with their expertise lying within the residential sector. This successful practice is keen to continue their growth and strengthen their technical abilities; therefore, they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team. Their employees benefit from strong progression opportunities, a mix of exciting projects, and a collaborative working environment. The successful Architectural Technologist will have: Substantial experience across the residential sector with proven job running experience. Excellent technical abilities including proficiency with Revit. Ideally, be chartered or a member of CIAT. A degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology. Extensive experience post-qualification in a UK Architectural practice. Strong technical abilities. Effective problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A proactive and positive approach to self-development. The ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals. A thorough knowledge of current building regulations. A drive to keep up to date with the latest software and designs. A proven record across the technical stages, having worked on projects from concept to completion. Live locally to the Barnsley area.
