Reporting to the Project Manager, you will set and maintain standards across all 3 of our manufacturing sites, managing the warehouses and handling internal customer requests efficiently.

In this role you will be responsible for: Safety Leadership:

Being a role model for safety. System Management:

Implementing and maintaining a system to store and distribute spare parts. Supplier Relations:

Selecting suppliers and maintaining relationships to balance availability, quality, and cost. Team Leadership:

Leading the team according to Essity processes, managing performance, and handling consequence management. Performance Monitoring:

Introducing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for performance monitoring. Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in obsolescence management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities. Technical knowledge of warehouse operations and parts. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
