Quality Lead

to take charge of driving high standards across our apprenticeship programmes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Lead to join our construction team as we continue our journey to excellence. Working with the Work Based Learning Manager, you will primarily manage a small team of assessors working across the Electrical Installations apprenticeship Standards. Closely monitoring the delivery of the programmes, you will ensure KPI's are consistently exceeded, using interventions where required to drive overall performance. Ideally, you will have a background in teaching/assessing/quality assurance from a construction education setting. However, we would be keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate high levels of knowledge of apprenticeship Standards delivery, with a proven ability to motivate and support staff and provide high levels of overall team performance. What You'll Do: Lead the charge in

driving ongoing quality improvement

across our apprenticeship programmes. Provide

overarching quality assurance

for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance. Inspire and manage a team , motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner. Analyse data

and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes. Take an active role in the regular learner review process. Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in

leading quality assurance . An in-depth understanding of the current apprenticeship system. Strong leadership and

people management skills , with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent

report writing and data analysis

skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action. Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of timely achievement. Why Join Us? Be part of a
