£25k - £38k + Training & Benefits Our Client is a national player within the Asbestos industry, who has recently gained new contracts within the Central Belt of Scotland. They are seeking a qualified and knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor to cover a mix of commercial, residential and public sector sites. Applicants will need experience undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys and will have a well-rounded knowledge of industry processes and standards. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits packages for the successful candidate. You will be travelling across: Livingston, Bathgate, Queensferry, Linlithgow, Edinburgh, Bonnyrigg, Falkirk, Cumbernauld, Airdrie, Shotts, Bellshill, Motherwell, Blantyre, Larkhall, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Paisley, Renfrew, Johnstone, Clydebank, Carluke, Lanark. Experience / Qualifications:
Must be qualified with the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) Will have established experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Able to work to HSG 264 and UKAS standards IT literate Good written ability Hardworking attitude Ideally will have worked across a wide variety of Client sites The Role:
Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys on commercial, residential and public sector sites Safely collecting samples of asbestos containing materials Writing bespoke asbestos survey reports for Clients Ensuring to wear the correct PPE when attending sites Keeping up-to-date with industry changes Supporting new and training members of staff Travelling as per contractual requirements Future Select
