Join our client's team and play a pivotal role in providing top-tier maintenance and support to customer sites, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. Position Overview:

As a

Service Technician , you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer equipment under our client's maintenance and service contracts. Your technical expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and optimizing service delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Technical:

Diagnose and resolve system issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), breakdown repairs, warranty work, and commissioning. Build trusted relationships with customers through effective communication and service excellence. Collaborate with the Service Desk, Sales, and Operations teams to share insights and improve processes. Utilize advanced software, tools, and engineering blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment. Prepare and submit detailed reports on completed work orders. Drive continuous improvement by communicating updates with supervisors, managers, and senior technicians. Internal Controls and Administration:

Maintain a high level of proficiency in service or field-based technician roles. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Use apps, diagnostic software, and MS Office tools effectively to streamline processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols. Skills and Capabilities:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on motivation and positive communication. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., F-Gas) and a valid UK driver’s license. Availability for standby and scheduled call-outs, including weekends and holidays.
