We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team based in Dungannon. The company specialises in bespoke joinery and Fitout projects. This role involves managing various projects, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and in line with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Quantity Surveyor on all project tasks as needed. Managing and overseeing projects to meet customer and company standards. Conducting regular site visits and attending site meetings. Preparing job pricing and completing tender documentation. Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in surveying or a similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid Driving Licence (required).
