A thriving architectural practice is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its Cambridge team. Renowned for delivering innovative, sustainable designs, the firm specializes in diverse projects, including residential developments, commercial spaces, education facilities, and leisure environments. With a focus on user-centred design and cutting-edge BIM processes, the practice consistently produces impactful and high-quality architecture.

This position involves managing projects from concept to completion, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring technical and design excellence. The ideal candidate must have significant UK-based post-qualification experience and advanced Revit skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Project Architect:

ARB registered architect with substantial post-qualification experience in the UK. Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows. In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants. Produce high-quality design presentations and technical documentation. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices. Manage project timelines and budgets.
