Accounts and Tax Manager

Our work environment includes: a diverse workforce On-the-job training Modern office setting continuous development and improvement culture Due to an increase in the number of clients we act for, including new accounting and taxation clients, we are looking to take on a pro-active, technically sound and experienced accounts and tax manager. The role will involve taking a highly proactive approach in the practice, including mentoring accounts/tax semi-seniors and accounts/tax seniors, reviewing their work, and providing feedback and development points for the team to continuously improve. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining workflow to ensure that accounts and tax work is completed effectively and efficiently. Providing feedback and training where required, and offering support and guidance to all members of the accounts and tax teams. Regular communication with the accounts/tax team, the Management team, and clients. Acting as a key contact for our clients, demonstrating excellent client communication skills. You will either be ACCA or ACA qualified with more than 5 years post-qualification experience. Ideally, you will have worked in an Accounting Practice and be accustomed to juggling various client deliverables and multi-tasking daily. You should be technically proficient in both FRS102 and possess good knowledge of the UK corporation tax regime. Knowledge and experience of personal taxation would be preferred. Job Type:
