Marketing Manager – UK Service Lines Job Description Summary: The UK Service Line Marketing Manager will oversee the development, delivery, and execution of marketing strategies for Cushman & Wakefield’s key UK service lines, including Project & Development Services, Asset Services, Capital Markets, and Valuation & Advisory. The role focuses on delivering marketing and insight activities across multiple channels, elevating the organisation’s profile, supporting client relationships, and driving lead generation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and play a vital role in the Business Development Services team, both in the UK and internationally. This position demands strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns, including responsibility for events, digital marketing, and social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the business objectives of each service line. Deliver impactful campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with broader organisational priorities. Event Management:

Plan and execute high-profile events such as UK REiiF, Sustainability Week, Discovery Week, and Make An Impact Week. Ensure events are delivered seamlessly, driving strong client engagement and positive outcomes. Collateral Creation:

Develop and manage marketing materials, including capability documents, videos, track records, and website content. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company’s high standards. Internal & External Communications:

Work with the communications team to manage media relations and PR strategies. Develop and execute internal communications programmes to enhance engagement and awareness. Digital & Social Media Marketing:

Implement digital marketing best practices, including targeted email campaigns and social media strategies. Utilise tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Hootsuite to create data-driven campaigns. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with UK Key Client programmes to design tailored campaigns that strengthen client relationships and engagement. Performance Monitoring & ROI:

Analyse the success of campaigns, refine strategies, and demonstrate clear ROI to guide future marketing efforts. Key Skills & Capabilities:

Strategic thinking with a proven ability to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns. Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across regions. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms. Analytical skills to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies for maximum impact. Professional Experience & Qualifications:

At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within professional services or corporate environments. Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Expertise in event management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality events. Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn, and Hootsuite is desirable. Educated to degree level and/or holding a marketing qualification (preferred but not essential). INCO:
