Derby. The rate of pay is
£39,000
per annum (Depending on experience). This is a
full-time
role working
Monday to Friday
on fixed day shifts and the hours of work are: 7am to 4pm 8am to 5pm with 2.30pm finish on a Friday Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and overseeing all warehouse activities daily Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all logistics processes Coordinating and supervising the work of the warehouse team of up to 9 colleagues Ensuring all operations adhere to health and safety standards Planning and monitoring resource allocation for tasks Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures Maintaining clear and accurate operations documents Providing regular operational updates to senior management Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be a strong people manager, someone who can be a real leader who can challenge when things aren't going well but can also take responsibility for actions. You will have excellent leadership, organisational skills, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes. Experience in a similar operational Warehouse Manager role is required.
