Japanese speaking Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Japanese speaking Trainee Analyst on behalf of a client near Burton upon Trent. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. Ideally, the candidate will be able to come to the office 5 days a week. Applicants must possess professional proficiency in both English and Japanese The company specialises in financial research, helping its clients to identify the best investment opportunities focussing mainly on small to mid cap entities in Japan. They offer financial analysis, investor meetings, translation services and bespoke company insights. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth hence why they are expanding their team. The Trainee Analyst will be responsible for researching and compiling financial data and publishing these findings into comprehensive reports. You would be working closely with a Senior Analyst who will be able to provide full mentoring and training. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a couple of years of professional experience looking for a long term position in financial analysis. Responsibilities: Compile research accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and present findings during meetings. Ensure all records and reports are maintained appropriately. Work closely with other departments to ensure projects are completed to strict deadlines. What we're looking for: Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese. 1-2 years professional experience, ideally in a finance role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple workloads.
