THE ROLE As a Junior Social Editor, you will be responsible for creating financial and industry-focused social content, with a strong focus on TikTok and Reels. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished short and long form content. Ensure seamless transitions, continuity, and a visually engaging narrative. Manage and organise large volumes of footage and assets efficiently. Maintain an organised file structure and adhere to project timelines. Work with the wider team to solve issues. All content must adhere to agency guidelines, client briefs and industry best practices. Ensure colour correction and colour grading is effectively used across all relevant projects. Carry out sound design on all edits where appropriate. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed clients' strategic objectives. Create social teasers for YouTube and Webinars. THE PERSON You will have experience editing content for brands, with prior experience in Premiere Pro CC. A good understanding of Adobe Audition, along with knowledge of After Effects and graphics is a plus. Familiarity with production workflows and proficiency in Photoshop are also important. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail. The ability to work with various content formats, including blog posts, articles, web copy, and social media is key.
