About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Email Coder/Developer to join our team. You need a strong desire to excel and a keen eye for detail to make your mark in the digital marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Craft and execute impactful email marketing strategies that align with our business goals, driving increased revenue, AOV, customer retention, and engagement. Good understanding of A/B Testing. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse email metrics, KPIs, and engagement rates, deriving actionable insights to enhance campaign performance. Automated Programs: Create, implement, and maintain multiple automated email marketing programs, including transactional emails and personalised customer journeys. Segmentation and Contact Lists: Create and manage multiple targeted contact lists and segmentations to ensure the right content reaches the right audience. Campaign Execution: Code/build (using drag and drop block templates), schedule, and launch email campaigns, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to strategic timelines. Fully aware of HTML code email best practices. Understand and maintain optimal email deliverability rates. Requirements:

A very good command of the English language. Strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills. Highly organized with excellent record keeping skills. At least 2 years professional experience in email marketing with strong HTML & CSS skills. Passion and Ambition: Bring a strong sense of ambition, passion, and drive to contribute to our success, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and increasing AOV. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly motivated, with a problem-solving attitude and keen attention to detail. Desirable:

Familiarity with Emarsys ESP or similar.
