Senior Content Marketing Specialist

This role requires a seasoned marketer, customer-focused, who is an expert copywriter, crafting compelling, engaging content that drives demand generation, nurturing and educating audiences to strengthen thought leadership, and solidify Tait's position as a leader in mission-critical communications. Your work will span research, understanding audiences, strategy development, and content creation across various channels and mediums, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and resonating with customers. You will possess the ability to understand complex technical content and transform that into clear customer value and benefits for a diverse range of audiences. The duties of the role will include: Content Strategy & Creation : Develop and execute a content marketing strategy, producing high-quality materials such as blogs, white papers, videos, and social media posts. Brand Consistency : Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging. Storytelling & Copywriting : Craft compelling narratives and persuasive copy to engage audiences to nurture, educate and drive conversions. Channel Management : Distribute and optimise content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms. Research & Insights : Conduct audience and market research to tailor content to emerging needs, personas and industry trends. Performance Optimisation : Monitor and analyse content performance, refining strategies to enhance engagement and outcomes. Thought Leadership : Develop content that reinforces Tait's industry leadership and expertise. Ō pūkenga - About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. As well as: Proven experience creating high-quality, engaging content that drives demand. 5+ Years experience in a dedicated Content Marketing, copywriting or brand storytelling role, tailoring material to diverse audiences and channels. Knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and performance analysis. Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. (Preferred) Experience in the B2B or technology sector and knowledge of graphic design or video production tools. Ngā painga - What's in it for you?
