This position offers training opportunities to upskill, generous overtime rates, and flexible working hours. This well-established company is celebrating its 30th anniversary and has no plans of slowing down, providing essential repair and overhaul services within the rail industry. Due to continual growth, the friendly yet ambitious team is looking for a new Welder to join their ranks. In this role, you will work with drawings and jigs, carrying out welding and assembly tasks both within the workshop and on-site. Overtime is available, paid at time and a half, and you can work flexible hours with no weekend work. This role would suit a Welder / Fabricator with MIG/TIG experience seeking a stable company that offers a long-term career path and great company benefits.
