We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in the Thetford, Norfolk area to join a thriving engineering firm experiencing rapid growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that continues to expand as demand for their services increases.
Anyone with Mazatrol, Mazak or Fanuc experience would be considered for this position however, training will also be provided on other programmes, if you are competent in one of these.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in CNC Milling or Turning, but if you demonstrate the right attitude and eagerness to learn, there will be opportunities for additional training and skill development.
CNC Machinist Duties:
Setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes to produce precision components Performing basic maintenance on machinery and promptly reporting any faults to supervisors Working with Mazatrol, Mazak or Fanuc programmes Assisting with additional fabrication tasks as needed, including the use of hand and power tools Operating manual machines when required to support production demands Hours & Pay:
08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 15:30 on Friday Salary rivals some of the best rates in the area but is dependent on the experience of the candidate This is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate
