We are recruiting for a Vehicle Evaluation & Customer Experience Engineer for one of our automotive clients based in Cranfield. You will be working for a globally recognised automotive company. This is a long-term contract role. The contract is on an ongoing basis and may run for several years.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects & testing activities to deadlines. Output professional engineering test and study results. Output professional automotive benchmark & market trend reports. Articulate (verbal & written) customer-based needs & requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to prioritise and work autonomously. Ability to problem solve & make decisions based on fact & data. Ability to make clear and concise written reports and verbal explanations and recommendations. Understanding of vehicle development processes & vehicle performance attributes. Previous experience in UI/UX (User Interface & User Experience) development and/or automotive connected services is preferable. Knowledge and experience of the automotive industry.
Other Information:
Core hours Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00. Friday 08:00-13:20. Hybrid working (3 days on site per week minimum), dependant on business needs. Ability to communicate clearly in English language in a business environment. Flexibility to travel (preferred). Valid UK driving licence.
