Providing technical support to all operations ·
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks around the ELWA sites ·
Repairing mobile plant around the ELWA sites ·
Anticipate mobile plant failures and make such changes or recommendations to prevent reoccurrence to minimize downtime ·
Development and implementation of a programme of planned preventative maintenance and inspection to minimize downtime, provide records of recurrent faulting and engineered solutions to these issues ·
Using hand tools, welding equipment, powered hand tools and cutting equipment ·
Ensuring H&S standards are maintained, and all related documentation is completed ·
Liaising with external contractors on specific repairs/maintenance work ·
Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required ·
Travelling and working between ELWA Sites as and when required. Essential criteria for this role: Able to diagnose faults, repair and maintain machinery, and have a good understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Previous experience working with heavy machinery or in a mechanical / Auto electrical role can be beneficial Able to work under pressure and work well with others Candidate will be a team player and, also work under own initiative, with the ability to plan its own workload.
