What You'll Be Doing
Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Lead and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
