Develop and maintain an ISO compliance program in accordance with relevant ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001). Monitor changes in ISO standards and ensure the organisation’s compliance practices are current. Plan, manage, and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO certifications. Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and concisely. Provide guidance to staff on ISO standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders to align compliance objectives with corporate goals. Manage compliance-focused projects as directed by the Head of Security and Chief Security Officer (CSO). Interpret and apply compliance frameworks, mapping them to existing practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation. Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and methodologies. Skills/Must have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or GRC related field. Collaborative and solution oriented: Good at building working relationships with senior stakeholders and teams within the business. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated: Comfortable with working with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor preferred but not necessary.
