People & Change Team You will be working with stakeholders supporting Campden BRI’s transformational change projects across the organisation. The purpose of this role is to: Improve business systems and processes, acting as a bridge between clients, team members and stakeholders. Support the analysis, design, prioritisation and implementation of process and system changes to improve business operations and services. Improve business performance by identifying where changes can be made and how technology/automation can be used, defining the costs and benefits of new approaches, and establishing metrics of success. Position Applies structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business problems. Able to analyse data and information relating to business objectives, functions and processes. Adept at conducting options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits, contribute to business case development, project briefs and support procurement with Invitation to Tenders (ITT’s). Analyses system capabilities and requirements to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements. Collaborates with other system providers to design user system interfaces, identify gaps in functionality and assess the effect of software changes, creating and iterating models and specifications for IT systems when required. Understands business perspectives and technical concepts and can communicate between users, development teams and external suppliers. Manages requirements throughout the whole delivery life cycle and ensures requirements can be traced in the design, build, test, tender and evaluation phases, so that the solution aligns with business goals. Co-ordinates and reviews the prioritisation of requirements, ensuring the solution works for key stakeholders and is within operational, budgetary, technical, quality and regulatory considerations. Requirements Proven experience in a business analyst role, ideally with systems implementations. Experience with problem-solving, critical thinking, business understanding, communication, stakeholder management. Highly developed documentation skills, technical awareness, and strong business systems knowledge. Experienced Business Analyst, Business Analysis accreditation (or working towards) desirable. Experience (qualification or working towards preferable) of project management methodology (Prince 2 and/or Agile desirable), familiar and competent in writing Project Briefs and Business Cases. Experienced in working in an evolving environment and able to use iterative methods and flexible approaches to enable rapid delivery. Competent in overcoming resistance to change.
