Element has an exciting opportunity for a new

EMEAA Payroll Manager

to lead a dynamic team. This role is critical to the overall strategy and roll out of the Global Business Solutions HR Shared Service Centre and supporting implementation of Global payroll solution across our EMEAA countries.

The role partners closely with key stakeholders to ensure payroll processes and processing deadline meet expectations.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate submission of all payrolls, including approval documentation Manage all regular and ancillary payments Develop, analyse and monitor Payroll systems and processes, including vendor performance data to support vendor governance Provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to the Payroll Teams Continually seek out ways to create efficiency and innovation amongst the teams Lead a UK & Ireland Payroll team and MEAA Payroll team, driving change management Lead the HR Integration Playbook for all Payroll accountabilities, ensuring timely, efficient and accurate onboarding of new acquisitions onto Element payroll Operationalise and manage the BAU implementation and be lead SME for key tactical areas of improvement and system enhancements, including API connector between D365HR and Dayforce Supporting Global Payroll workstream as part of One HR Transformation Skills / Qualifications

Extensive payroll knowledge a proven track record in payroll implementation and integrations Experience, skills and knowledge using DayForce Payroll Previous experience of leading an EMEAA payroll team, implementing best practices, controls and operate continuous improvement approach Strong analytical and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple high priority tasks and problem solve Exemplary attention to detail, following process steps, reviewing materials for accuracy, and performing follow up to ensure high quality results Payroll related qualification is essential Diversity Statement
