QHSE Coordinator! Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality related documentation and certification remains up to date and within specified certification periods. You will support the Invergordon team by dealing with various administration tasks in relation to QHSE aspects. Duties
Complete and prepare monthly statistics and QHSE monthly report. Assist in the completion of supplier and client assessments. Manage and maintain the approved suppliers and top suppliers process for the Invergordon site. Responsible for the administration of all completed inspections, audits and observation reporting. Record all internal and external non-conformances, manage in line with the process owner, deal with all actions generated, undertake trend analysis on non-conformances and communicate with the client/supplier if they are external or internal supplier generated. General administration in relation to Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental aspects. Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
