Your new company We're working with a well-established SME based in the Stamford area who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to their small office-based team on a permanent basis.
Your new role As the 'go to' person in finance on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for running the finance function, which will include higher level work such as preparing management accounts, management reports and cashflow forecasts, through to supporting with basic transactional duties. It is a role that offers variety for someone who likes to be hands-on and oversee the full accounting process.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need to have prior experience of working in a broad and varied financial management role, ideally within an SME environment. The environment is fast-paced and involves working with an entrepreneurial management team, so the ability to be adaptable and prioritise your workload will also be important.
