£18.52 Per hour for PAYE - Ltd company rates can be discussed
The purpose of the post is to provide operational housing maintenance services to enable the continuing improvement of the service to the Council's housing stock and corporate properties. Under the direction of designated Repairs Officer, the post holder will undertake a variety of electrical work as required in accordance with works orders.
Brief duties / key responsibilities:
Electrical remedial works in occupied and void properties Some rewire works required in voids Testing and inspection
Education, Qualifications and Training: City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 or equivalent City and Guilds 18th Edition City and Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection or equivalent Willing to undertake CAT B asbestos training Hold a valid driving licence
Initial 3 months temporary contract but likely to be ongoing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
