Introducing an exciting opportunity to join the Architecture Team as an Architectural Technician/Technologist.

Job Summary As an Architectural Technician or Technologist, you will be working towards specialisation in the application of building science and technology to architectural and construction projects. You are recognised as having some specialist skills, enabling you to work within a managed design process and develop technical knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions. You will want to work towards negotiating and managing all aspects of architectural and construction contracts, whether it is using traditional, partnering or other methods. You will also recognise the significance of the post-construction aspects of the project. As an architectural professional, you will adhere to your Code of Conduct. Experience Requirements Graduate degree or other recognised Architectural Technician/Technologist experience, including good understanding and business knowledge of architecture and building construction environment. Experience in CAD in a recognised Industry Standard Format, including 3D graphics and presentation relevant software (training will be given as required). Able to deliver projects to a minimum of BIM Level 2 standard and with good working knowledge of REVIT. An aptitude towards developing client relationships and becoming competent in client management as a developing professional. Suitable technical based qualifications, or equivalent by experience. Registered with MCIAT, TCIAT or similar. A positive working attitude with good communication skills and flexibility in a dynamic role within an established Architectural team. Commercial awareness and a flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken and the level of responsibility accepted.
