They are looking for skilled Process Engineers to join their team and play a critical role in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality across their operations.
What We're Looking For...
Technical Expertise:
You'll have at least 5 years of experience in Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. You're also adept at developing and implementing process strategies to optimise productivity and maintain the highest quality standards. Strategic Thinker:
You're skilled at devising solutions that streamline processes and boost product quality. You can identify and implement new strategies that have a measurable impact. Relationship Builder:
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You'll be interfacing with customers to ensure their needs are met while adhering to business objectives. Data-Driven:
You have a solid technical knowledge and are comfortable analysing data to optimise processes. Education & Certifications:
A Degree or HND in an Engineering field is preferred, along with a valid UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities: Process Development:
Design, implement, and maintain efficient and safe processes, regularly reporting progress to ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Customer Focus:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs, aligning project goals with cost-effectiveness and business requirements. Productivity Enhancement:
Create routines and solutions to improve productivity and product quality, including process simulations and risk assessments. Documentation & Compliance:
Assess and document current processes and workflows, ensuring they comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure that all process improvements are fully documented and accessible. Continuous Improvement:
Regularly review processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, applying Lean and Kaizen principles for ongoing improvements.
