Service Technician (Electrical Engineering Bias) Homebased in UK

After a dedicated training period, you will become a member of the UK field service team, consisting of six service technicians and 1 coordinator. You will be responsible for the installation, start-up, and servicing of injection moulding systems at customer plants. Operating from your home office, you will mainly be travelling to customers in the UK, with some travel needed to the Nordic and Benelux region from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Machine startups and troubleshooting Upgrading injection moulding machines, molds and auxiliary products Identify opportunities for spare parts and sales opportunities Frequent travel within the UK and Ireland occasionally to Nordic and Benelux region
Candidate Profile: Qualified in Electrical Engineering principles Knowledge of control systems and hydraulics Trouble shooting attitude, with high focus on customer satisfaction, and correct working practices. Knowledge of PLC controls and industrial automated systems Experience working with injection moulding machinery Home based in the UK You should be a motivated self-starter, who understands the importance of customer satisfaction The role requires frequent travel within the UK Fluent in English, any additional languages are considered advantageous
