Your role as Building Surveyor is designed to perform 1-2 condition Surveys per day in a relaxed and well-structured environment. Step into your role and be rewarded for hard work and loyalty. Your Role As Building Surveyor Will Include: Perform 1-2 Condition Surveys per day on your own time. Occasional Valuation work. Experience of defect analysis, undertaking building surveys and producing professional reports and specifications - can be in office or hybrid. Understand the principles of quality, safety and the environment within projects. The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have: BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar. Ability to demonstrate good all-round surveying experience and be client-facing. Full UK Drivers Licence / Willing to travel in and around Darlington.
