Opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join our leading FM company.
We require an electrician (preferably with good knowledge of HVAC and electrical maintenance and testing) to carry out installation, repairs and testing on commercial properties predominantly in North East, but happy to travel to Cumbria and North Yorkshire when required.
Rate of pay:
40 hrs per week Overtime available This will be determined by experience Experience & Qualifications:
Preferred but not essential: City and Guilds Level 3 (Electrical Installations) or alternative evidence of electrical skills set qualification. City and Guilds (18th Edition I.E.E wiring Regulations or equivalent) AM2 Experience in carrying out testing and inspection, reactive maintenance works and installation works Fire Alarm testing Fault finding Experience of working with the general public. Will have a full driving licence General Health and Safety responsibilities Asbestos Awareness IPAF PASMA Salary and Perks:
£42,000 - £46,000.00 Depending on qualifications/certs and experience Company Van Bonus Scheme
