Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colours and finishes. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organised throughout the painting process. Follow safety protocols while using power tools and handling materials. Conduct touch-ups and repairs as necessary to maintain the quality of work. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Experience Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to painting tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during preparation and application processes. Mechanical knowledge is an advantage for understanding equipment operation and maintenance. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
