Salary: up to 45,000 + Overtime

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join a team of engineers working for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK and across the world working on a role for a client that has a mixture of weapons defence contracts based at one of their static facilities in Filton, Bristol. In this role you will join a team of engineers carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance.

The business you would be working for is considered one of the largest FM employers across Europe having over 370,000 employees with an annual revenue of over 69b.

Within this role you will join a team of engineers delivering multi disciplined planned and reactive maintenance works and delivering the highest level of customer service and delivery to the on-site client. You will be expected to work well within your team and assist where needed outside of your usual working trade. Key Responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician: Conduct routine maintenance on emergency lighting systems. Perform water temperature checks to ensure compliance with safety standards. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance. Undertake light plumbing tasks as needed. Experience required for a Maintenance Electrician: Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems, BMS Systems, and general maintenance tasks. Basic plumbing skills are also desirable. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude are essential.
