Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
Assess and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and longevity of flooring. Waterproofing:
Apply waterproofing solutions to protect surfaces from moisture damage. Floor Installation:
Install materials such as tiles, vinyl, or resin with precision to meet both functional and aesthetic standards. Quality Assurance:
Inspect completed work to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with specifications. Problem-Solving:
Address any irregularities or challenges in the installation process to deliver a high-quality finish. Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in laying flooring, particularly in wet rooms, kitchens, or bathrooms. Expertise in working with tiles, vinyl, or resin flooring. Knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
