What will I be doing?
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting commercial valuations Preparing valuation reports Carrying out reinstatement cost assessments Creating expert witness reports Involvement in valuations for pension funds Supporting accounting and matrimonial purposes Ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all your work. What do I need?
Our client is looking for a candidate with: MRICS/FRICS and Registered Valuer qualifications Significant experience in property valuations and commercial property assessments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Local knowledge is preferred but not essential Who for?
