Junior Sales Team Manager to help lead and inspire our sales team based in Dagenham. Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated Junior Sales Team Manager to support our Head of Sales Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities and supporting team members to achieve sales targets. This role is perfect for someone with a background in sales who is ready to take on a management role and help drive team success.

Key Responsibilities: Team Support & Guidance: Assist in managing a team of sales representatives, providing daily guidance, support, and training. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor individual and team sales performance, preparing reports and identifying areas for improvement. Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement sales strategies and reach monthly and quarterly targets. Motivation & Coaching: Inspire and motivate team members, encouraging a positive work environment and helping individuals reach their full potential. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee client interactions, ensuring top-quality customer service and resolving escalated issues when necessary. Training & Development: Assist in onboarding new team members and providing ongoing training to ensure the team stays knowledgeable about products, services, and industry trends. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and collaborate with the team to implement changes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales role. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power BI). Strong analytical skills. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
