Biffa is on the lookout for a
Lead Generation Agent
to win new business to achieve annual sales targets calculated on a weekly objective basis. The successful candidate will also support all customer enquiries regarding waste services, utilising a consultative sales approach for both inbound and outbound calls. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally, you will have some experience within a customer service or sales environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be helpful, but is not essential.
