Moody's is recruiting a Risk & Finance client service specialist for its Client Services team. In this role, you will develop deep expertise of Moody’s Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management software. Working directly with expert end users on the customer side, you will provide detailed advice and assistance in their use of highly sophisticated products. This role would suit someone looking to develop the skills and experience needed for a career in financial consultancy. You will work with leading edge technology to support the latest generation of financial application tools based on world-class financial research. You will partner with our global team of Product Managers and subject matter experts and be part of an open, collaborative and passionate team focused on delivering value to customers. Role/Responsibilities: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge about Moody's products in order to provide expertise and assistance on product features and functionality. Accurately troubleshoot and investigate complex issues, responding to client demands in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner. Manage and escalate requests appropriately while maintaining overall ownership of client interaction and delivery of solution. Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture to the Product Management teams. Participate in internal projects. Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline. Experience using or supporting complex technology solutions. Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving. Client focused, with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Highly organized, autonomous and able to multi-task. Previous experience using, developing or supporting complex technology solutions would be an advantage. Basic Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage. French language skills would be useful, but are not essential for the role. Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
