As part of their growth strategy for 2025, they are seeking an Enterprise Software Sales Manager to drive expansion in the Southern Europe Region - in particular Italy, Malta, Greece and Cyprus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a company with a strong market position in the banking compliance and payments sector. Location: Flexible within territory AS ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Drive new enterprise software sales across 12 product sets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies for your assigned territory. Build and maintain strong C-level relationships within the banking sector, presenting complex software solutions to key decision-makers. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, with deal values ranging from €50K to €1 million. Develop and implement effective sales pipeline and leads tracking processes to ensure consistent revenue growth. Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to enterprise clients. Represent the business at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Maintain deep market knowledge of the payments, compliance, and risk-management sectors. Provide strategic input on product development based on market feedback and customer requirements. THE IDEAL ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER WILL HAVE: Minimum 6 years' experience selling enterprise software applications, specifically within the banking sector. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding annual sales targets. Strong existing network and market knowledge in one or more of the following regions: Italy, Malta, Greece, and Cyprus. Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise banking software deals. Consultative sales approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the payment, compliance, and risk-management sectors. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels of an organization. CAMS certification is advantageous. Excellent presentation and proposal writing capabilities.
