in everything we do. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive our brand visibility, support client acquisition, and promote our firm’s business objectives. The Opportunity: As the Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic marketing efforts, working closely with the Heads of Department and Strategy board to develop impactful campaigns, create engaging content, manage digital channels, and analyse marketing performance. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of the legal or professional services industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth goals. Execute multi-channel campaigns to boost brand awareness, reach new clients, and support client retention. Partner with Heads of Department to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Oversee content creation for various platforms, including the website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and client communications. Collaborate with legal teams to produce articles, case studies, and client alerts, maintaining a well-organized editorial calendar. Manage and optimize digital presence, including SEO, SEM, and social media engagement. Analyse digital metrics to drive decisions and adjust strategies for optimal results. Ensure brand consistency across all materials and client touchpoints. Coordinate with vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with the firm’s image. Develop strategies to enhance client relationships through targeted communications and outreach. Support the business development team with client-focused events and promotions. Plan and manage client events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring professional and engaging representation. Conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour, sharing insights with the Strategy Board. Track and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Lead a team of Marketing Assistants and Executives based in the UK and South Africa. Actively participate in and, where appropriate, lead CSR initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services. Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics). Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and measuring success. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. The Perks: Competitive salary based on experience.
