Head of Marketing Job Role: Email Communications:
Respond promptly to email inquiries from clients, attendees, and partners. Provide accurate information about upcoming events, ticketing, and other services.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and reply to messages on Facebook and Instagram. Engage with followers by responding to comments on posts and stories. Invite users to follow our social media pages and maintain a welcoming online presence.
Community Engagement:
Proactively monitor Facebook and Instagram for mentions or questions related to our events. Assist in moderating comments to maintain a positive and professional brand image. Build relationships with followers by fostering meaningful interactions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve communication strategies. Assist in scheduling and posting content as needed.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or customer service (experience in the events industry is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and social media management tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Hours:
