As this role includes lone working and the unsupervised sale of alcohol, it is a requirement that you are age 18 or over. Qualifications Strong communication skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred Experience in merchandising Proficient in English with basic math skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of phone etiquette Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences Responsibilities Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed. Utilize strong communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a positive shopping environment.
